Wiz Khalifa Is Wanted By LAPD As He Is Reportedly Involved In A Hit-And-Run Incident

Lindsay Lohan is not the only star accused of being involved in a hit and run these past couple of weeks. Rapper Wiz Khalifa also allegedly got into a fender-bender, according to reports.

TMZ states that the “Work Hard, Play Hard” rapper ran into a car and fled, and the Los Angeles Police Department wants to bring him in for questioning regarding the incident.

Khalifa allegedly hit the vehicle of a woman who had been working with him on a music video shoot. She filed a hit-and-run report last Wednesday, claiming the incident occurred around midnight as people were leaving the set, law enforcement officials told the celebrity gossip site.

Just last week, fellow celebrity Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged after her own reported hit-and-run incident with a male pedestrian in New York around 2 a.m.

"While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue," Lohan’s representative explained in a statement to MTV News.

Meanwhile, Khalifa is engaged to Amber Rose, a model and Smirnoff spokeswoman. They are expecting their first child together. Khalifa told MTV’s Sway Calloway on the MTV VMA Awards red carpet, “We're expecting a beautiful lil baby -- me and Amber. We're so excited. We're having a baby!"

Rose told People magazine, "We do know the sex, but we're [keeping it private] for now. We just found out two days ago, so we're super excited.'"

So far, Khalifa has yet to comment on his reported run-in.
