World Cup 2018 Odds: Brazil, England Favored To Meet In Final, Five Teams Considered Real Contenders
Only eight teams remain in the quest to win the 2018 World Cup. With some of the best clubs already gone from the tournament, more than half of the field is given a real shot to take home the championship.
Brazil is the favorite ahead of their match in the quarterfinals, though it wouldn’t be stunning for them to be upset by Uruguay Friday. France has the second-best odds, and five teams enter the weekend’s matches with no worse than 6/1 title odds.
Brazil and France might be the two best remaining teams, but they can’t meet in the World Cup final because of their spots in the bracket. A championship match between Brazil and England is considered to be the most likely, followed by Brazil vs. Croatia.
A Sweden-Uruguay final is the biggest long shot, followed by Russia-Uruguay. Sweden and Russia are the only two remaining countries with worse than 15/1 title odds.
Let’s take a look at the World Cup 2018 betting odds for the eight teams left in the tournament. There are also odds for individual player performances, courtesy of Bovada.lv.
