WrestleMania 37 Card: These WWE Stars Are Expected To Win Matches At 2021 Event
WrestleMania 37 is sure to feature a few surprises with at least a dozen matches scheduled over the course of two nights. The top matches on the card are not among the easiest to predict, though several belts are expected to change hands at WWE’s biggest event of 2021.
The challengers are the betting favorites in both of Saturday night’s world title matches. Bianca Belair (-300) is expected to defeat SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks (+200), according to the latest odds at BetOnline. Drew McIntyre (-200) is favored to beat WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.
Belair is seeking her first title in WWE after winning the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble in January. McIntyre defeated Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 36 and held the top belt on “Monday Night Raw” for more than 300 total days until he was pinned by The Miz at Elimination Chamber in February.
It isn’t as easy to pick the winner of Sunday night’s main event. There is no odds-on favorite in the WWE Universal Championship match.
Edge (+115) has the best odds to win the belt. The 2021 Men’s Royal Rumble winner is listed just ahead of Universal Champion Roman Reigns (+150), who’ll enter the ring with a title reign north of 220 days. Daniel Bryan (+200) has a chance to win the triple threat match.
Injuries forced Edge to retire 10 years ago as a WWE world champion before making his return in 2020. Reigns has been WWE’s top heel of the last year. Bryan won the WWE Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 30 in a triple threat match.
Rhea Ripley (-400) is the biggest betting favorite of any wrestler in a world title match. The odds suggest Ripley is expected to pin Raw Women’s Champion Asuka (+250) Sunday night.
Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day (+200) are underdogs against AJ Styles and Omos (-300). Intercontinental Champion Big E (-120) has the same odds as Apollo Crews (-120) in their title match.
The Fiend (-950) is the biggest betting favorite of WrestleMania 37, favored to beat Randy Orton (+500). Rapper Bad Bunny (-850) is expected to find a way to beat The Miz (+450) in his WrestleMania debut.
Other WrestleMania 37 favorites include Braun Stroman (-500), Kevin Owens (-250) and Cesaro (-200).
WrestleMania 37 is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday night at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium.
