American actor Mickey Rourke and his Russian supermodel girlfriend are planning to marry in April, according to the New York Post's Page Six today.

The actor, 57, reportedly proposed to Elena Kuletskaya, 24, last week as they were having dinner, the paper reports citing a friend of the actor. They have been dating for several months.

Rourke has been asking what is involved in a traditional Russian wedding ceremony, according to the report.

Kuletskaya was dating Russian singer Dima Bilan but moved on from the relationship to be with Rourke, according to reports.

Rourke will appear on Iron Man 2 set for release in May 2010. He earned an Oscar nomination this year for starring on The Wrestler.
