WWE Money in the Bank is often among each year’s most highly anticipated events, even though it’s not one of the “Big Four” pay-per-views. Sunday’s show will be the most original yet as the men’s and women’s ladder matches will take place simultaneously inside WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.

There is an odds-on favorite to win both Money in the Bank briefcases. AJ Styles and Shayna Baszler are the two frontrunners.

BetOnline gives Styles -125 odds to retrieve the briefcase from the roof of WWE headquarters. Aleister Black (+200) is considered to be his biggest competition, followed by Otis (+400) and Daniel Bryan (+600).

It would be a surprise if Baron Corbin (+800) or Rey Mysterio (+1200) is the winner.

Styles is a two-time WWE Champion. His last title reign lasted just over a year from November 2017 to November 2018.

Baszler hasn’t held a title on the main roster, but she was one of the most dominant champions in NXT history. She was the NXT Women’s Champion for 416 days, finally dropping the belt to Rhea Ripley in December. Baszler eliminated every female wrestler in March’s Elimination Chamber match before losing the WrestleMania 36 Raw Women’s Champion match to Becky Lynch.

A former UFC fighter, Baszler has -150 odds to earn a second title shot in a matter of a few months. Nia Jax (+300), Lacey Evans (+400) and Asuka (+600) are her biggest challengers.

Dana Brooke (+700) and Carmella (+1000) are long shots.

Maybe Baszler will win the briefcase and challenge for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Bayley (-450) is a heavy favorite to successfully defend that title against Tamina (+275) Sunday night.

WWE Champion Drew McIntyre (-600) is the PPV’s biggest favorite as he puts his belt on the line against Seth Rollins (+350). The Universal Championship match between Braun Strowman (-120) and Bray Wyatt (-120) is a toss-up.

The New Day (+100) are favored to retain the SmackDown Tag Team Championships against John Morrison and The Miz (+125), The Forgotten Sons (+250) and Lucha House Party (+500).
