The woes of Tammy Lynn Sytch continue, and the 49-year-old is in trouble again.
In a report from TMZ, the WWE Hall of Famer was reportedly arrested on Thursday morning, January 13 in New Jersey for allegedly being in unlawful possession of a weapon and making terroristic threats.
The NJ statute read: "A person is guilty of a crime of the third degree if he threatens to commit any crime of violence with the purpose to terrorize another or to cause evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transportation, or otherwise to cause serious public inconvenience, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience."
The report further stated that the nature of the said threats remains unknown.
If convicted, the weapons charges each carry a possible 3-5 year prison term. The threats charge carries up to a 1-year sentence.
Sytch, known better as Sunny, is no stranger when it comes to legal problems. She was last arrested in February 2019 for DUI. It was the sixth time she was arrested for the said charge.
In 2018, Sytch spent eight months at the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania before getting paroled in October of that same year.
After her release, Sunny vowed to go to rehab and stay clean. With the recent developments, it appears there has been little improvement from her end.
With a long list of legal woes, all Sytch can do now is wait.
