The WWE has had its share of issues, particularly the one on how to rack up the ratings. The past couple of months have seen a lot of changes in the script, including that celebrated Wild Card rule which allowed a select number of stars to cross brands for one-night-only appearances. While this looms as an interesting move, there are several more noticed and such has become a burden for WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative Triple H.

While changes are nothing new as the WWE tries to find the right formula to help RAW and Smackdown keep their heads above water, Triple H has reportedly grown frustrated because Vince McMahon has been listening to too many people. This has, in turn, overshadowed original ideas. But the worst part of it all is that it has not really helped the shows, at least not now, the Wrestling Observer reported.

While the WWE has found a way to weather the storm the past years, two impending developments may force the wrestling promotion to be more proactive. There is that move of WWE SmackDown to Fox from the USA Network where ratings could become an eventual factor.

There is also the rising threat of All Elite Wrestling, a neophyte but promising rival promotion that came to terms with WarnerMedia and will begin showing content on TNT later this year, the Bleacher Report reported. These are two developments the WWE will need to keep track of as they try to come up with twists to upcoming events.

The next big WWE pay-per-view would be 2019 Money In The Bank which will happen on May 19 at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Aside from the male and female versions of the battle for the briefcase, there will be title belts on the line. Seth Rollins defends his Univeral title against AJ Styles while Becky Lynch puts the WWE Raw Women's title on the line against Lacey Evans.

Lynch will also put up the WWE SmackDown Women's title on the line against Charlotte Flair while Kevin Owens challenges Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship. Non-title matches include Roman Reigns facing Elias and The Miz battling Shane McMahon in a steel cage match.

The WWE cards look promising so it will be interesting if these would be enough to jack up the ratings and hopefully alleviate Triple H of the stress that he is currently facing.
