Initially, Microsoft's Larry Hryb said that the live stream will only be viewable via the Xbox 360. We had wondered if Microsoft would change its mind, and we were right.

What will Microsoft announce at its event? It's unclear. It could announce a release date for the Xbox One, which is slated to be released this November, although it will be delayed for several European countries. We also may get updates on upcoming games as well.
