'Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon' Episode 47 Spoilers – Freeing Rion

Moroha, Towa and Setsuna are ready for the final showdown and free Rion from the Grim Butterfly in "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" Episode 47. The new episode is titled "Father and Daughter."

The official preview trailer of Episode 47 shows Kirinmaru challenging Sesshomaru for a duel. Elsewhere, Towa, Setsuna and Moroha are trying to sever the threads that are holding Rion inside the Grim Butterfly.

At one point, Towa is asked not to use the Zanseiken against Rion and the half-demon princesses urge Rion to fight and carve out her future with her own strength.

In the last episode, titled "The Grim Butterfly of Despair," Osamu Kirin kneeled before Rion and asked her to embark on a new journey. Rion, who was stuck inside the Grim Butterfly, had no control over her body or mind.

Meanwhile, Osamu announced that it was time to slay all unnecessary demons of this world. And the Grim Butterfly started wiping out the demons in its immediate vicinity.

Moroha noted the butterfly was absorbing the demons and they needed to act before things get out of control. In the meantime, the Grim Butterfly started flying toward Mamiana Island.

Takechiyo feared if the butterfly gets there, things will get from bad to worse. Inuyasha decided to take matters into his own hands and settle it once and for all using Meido Zangetsuha.

“Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha must save Rion, who has linked her fate with the Grim Butterfly, but Osamu Kirin stands in their way. Kirin declares that he and Rion should reign over the world in order to bring about true peace,” read the official synopsis of Episode 46, as per Crunchyroll.

"Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" Episode 47 is scheduled to air Saturday. The episode will stream on Crunchyroll, Hulu and Funimation in Japanese with English subtitles.
