'Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Billy And Victoria Seek Answers About Jack

They've known he's been after their company for a long time, but now, Billy and Victoria will learn just how far Jack is willing to go, forcing them to seek answers about just what he has planned for them on the Thursday, Aug. 31 episode of "The Young and the Restless."

After realizing he had a way to access Jabot's private files, Billy (Jason Thompson) used Dina (Marla Adams) to get her password into their systems. Then, he used Phyllis' (Gina Tognoni) computer to access the files. Though doing so would lead to big trouble with his girlfriend if she found out, Billy felt it was necessary so he could find out just what else Jack (Peter Bergman) plans to throw at him and Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Now, he will go to his ex-wife and business partner on the CBS soap and explain everything he has learned.

"I was able to get into Jabot's server," he says in a preview clip. "They've got plans to smash us to bits."

Knowing they need more information about what might be plotted to work against them, Billy and Victoria will then go to the one person at Jabot they can both trust to give them information—Billy's sister, Ashley (Eileen Davidson), who, while her loyalties are still to Jabot and Jack, would likely want the feud between her brothers to come to an end.

Unfortunately for them, Ashley won't have any answers she can give them since she's been in the dark about a lot of Jack's decisions lately. However, her new boyfriend, Ravi (Abhi Sinha) may give Victoria a clue about Phyllis' own role in trying to break Brash and Sassy apart, by revealing that she also took a meeting with Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes) before his slimy move to try and take over Victoria's company.

Meanwhile, Phyllis will be growing increasingly annoyed and jealous over all the time Billy is spending with Victoria in an effort to save the company from ruin. She had hoped that getting Ben into Victoria's life romantically would keep her distracted enough so that Billy would be refocused on their relationship, but after that fizzled, Billy and Victoria grew closer than ever before. Now, she will vent her frustrations to Lauren (Tracey Bregman) and Michael (Christian LeBlanc), as she frets that Victoria could be using the company as a way to squirm back into Billy's life.

"I have so had it with his damn ex-wife," she snaps in the clip.

Now, convinced that Victoria is using the company to lure Billy back into her life romantically and steal him away from Phyllis for good, she may decide to once again join forced with Jack in an attempt to keep Billy by her side. However, if she or Billy learn just how much they're working opposite one another, it could be the true cause to their relationship coming to a heartbreaking end.

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
