‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Gloria And Nick Make Separate Plans To Stop Chloe’s Wedding

She has successfully gotten her wedding to Kevin moved up in the hopes she will be his wife before the truth about her is exposed. But as Chloe celebrates her plans for wedded bliss, others will be doing whatever they can to stop the nuptials on the Tuesday, April 4 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Gloria (Judith Chapman) is furious that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) is not only marrying Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) a third time, but that he is rushing to do so. Now, in a preview clip for the newest episode of the CBS soap, she will try once again to enlist Mariah (Camryn Grimes) to turn Kevin’s focus elsewhere.

“This is going to be a little less subtle,” Gloria says in the clip, as she works to unbutton Mariah’s shirt. “I need you to seduce my son tonight.”

However, her plan will quickly fail, as Mariah will refuse to do such a thing. One plan that could work somewhat better though is Nick’s (Joshua Morrow), as he sets a trap for Chloe by offering to host her bachelorette party at The Underground. And while his plan depends on Chloe getting drunk and potentially confessing that she killed Adam to him, it won’t be a problem, as Chelsea (Melissa Clare Egan) prepares to get her best friend in a party spirit, by even telling her mother, Esther (Kate Linder)that she’s going to have some fun.

“You are no longer our designated driver, and the second we exit that door, the party begins,” Chelsea says.

However, even Nick’s plan could hit a major snag if Chloe finds a way to avoid confessing to her crime, meaning he will have to find a new way to prove what she did to Adam.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
