'Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Is Phyllis’ Life In Danger?

She was teaming up with Adam to help him get what he wants in exchange for money to complete her own goals. However, Phyllis’ actions may land her in some nasty trouble instead on the Friday, June 7 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Previously on the CBS soap, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) agreed to help Adam (Marc Grossman) hack into Dark Horse for $2.5 million. She helped him learn about Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) debt for the company, which he bought up to try and convince his brother to give him Christian or lose his company. However, afterward, she was caught at Adam’s place by Sharon (Sharon Case), who was suspicious about what she was doing there, and when she eventually returned to her suite at the Genoa City Athletic Club, she was abducted by someone dressed in black who grabbed her and injected her with a needle. Now, her captor will be revealed, and she will realize that her actions may have some serious consequences.

“Phyllis is cornered,” spoilers reveal.

Since she was abducted, it seems likely that her situation is in reference to that, but the question remains as to who might have taken her. Considering he is known for sometimes embracing his dark side, and the fact that he is hiding out with Chloe, who has always wanted revenge on Adam, the most likely person to have been behind her new struggle is Kevin (Greg Rikaart), who is also set to return to town.

If Kevin is behind the situation, then her partnership with Adam could be the thing that has led to her predicament. Of course, Adam still has an as-of-yet unidentified secret partner--which could also be how Kevin is connected to what’s going on with Phyllis. Whether or not this means she will be forced to do something else to help them or is in true danger, remains to be seen.
