‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Will Billy Lose Everything?
He’s gone way too far and gotten in way too deep with his gambling. Now, Billy will stand to lose everything he has as his loved ones begin to take control on the Monday, Oct. 1 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”
The fact that Billy (Jason Thompson) is gambling again is no secret to his family anymore, and they’ve all grown increasingly concerned. However, the worst part about his addiction resurfacing on the CBS soap was how he came up with the money to join an exclusive gambling syndicate—by taking $500,000 from Jabot, where he is acting CEO. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) kept that news to themselves at first and tried to stage an intervention, which failed miserably.
Since then, Billy has also confided in Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) with the truth about where he got the money from, and she will want to do whatever she can to help him, hoping she can fix his mistake before it goes noticed. As a result, she will reach out to Jack (Peter Bergman), asking him to help his brother by paying off his debts, though she’ll leave out where he got the money from initially. After convincing Billy that he has to go to rehab first, Jack will concede. However, he and Phyllis aren’t the only ones working to make a move anymore.
Y&R Spoilers tease that “Ashley takes matters into her own hands,” which means she is now no longer going to play nice when it comes to trying to not only get Billy help but remove him from the CEO position at Jabot. Knowing the only person who can fill in for the job because of the Blood Abbott clause is Traci (Beth Maitland), she will work to convince her sister of what she needs to do and is likely to call a meeting of the board to vote Billy out.
However, when her plan still seems to fail, with everyone certain that getting help with allow Billy to once again be a successful CEO, she will be forced to reveal the secret she has known for some time—and reveal to everyone that he has embezzled from the company. Now, with the truth officially out, the future of Jabot will rest squarely in everyone else’s hands, and Billy could find himself having finally lost everything.
“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
