YouTube personality Corey La Barrie died at the age of 25 on Sunday, his birthday. His brother Jarrad confirmed in an Instagram post Monday that La Barrie died in a car accident.
"This isn't something i thought i would ever have to sit here and type out for a very long time or what i wanna do right now but everyone deserves to know, my brother Corey passed away last night in a car accident with his drunk friend driving," Jarrad said in the caption.
La Barrie's mother, Lissa Burton, also paid tribute to her son on an Instagram post saying no words can describe the sadness she feels from losing a child.

Actor Brennen Taylor said in a tweet La Barrie was such a happy-go-lucky person and that he is devastated and will always remember La Barrie's laughter. He urged everyone to cherish every day because "everyday is not promised."
Fans also commented on La Barrie's latest video on YouTube expressing their disbelief.
One user wrote they never imagined that La Barrie would be trending on Twitter because of his death. They thought it was a joke and never expected someone like La Barrie who was energetic and outgoing to die too soon.
