Yuan's dollar link hurts Europe -Barroso
NANJING, Nov 29 (Reuters) - The yuan's link to the dollar is problematic for some sectors in the European economy, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said on Sunday, ahead of a summit with Chinese leaders.
Not because we have a too strong euro but because we have a weak dollar, and this is indeed creating some problems, he told reporters.
Barroso said that he had delivered that message at a dinner with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.
