Zara Tindall Describes Prince Harry, Meghan’s Wedding As ‘Uncomfortable’ For This Reason
Zara Tindall recently opened up about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding on May 19.
Tindall and her husband were present at the event, and it was obvious that they had a blast. However, Prince Harry’s cousin admitted that the royal event was also uncomfortable for her. Tindall was eight months pregnant when she attended the huge event.
“I was uncomfortable. My bum sort of slid over either side and Lena kicked the hell out of me for an hour. It just wasn’t comfy at all and it probably showed on my face. It was just the general amount of time everything was taking. I think my face probably caught at the point when I thought: ‘Right, he’s going to finish now,’ and then he went off on another little story, and it was like, ‘Really?’” she said (via Hello!).
Tindall was talked about Bishop Michael Curry and his lengthy sermon. During his speech, Tindall was shown on camera looking bored.
Princess Anne’s daughter gave birth to Lena on June 18 at Stroud Maternity Unit in Gloucestershire. The bundle of joy weighed 9 pounds and 3 ounces, which made her the heaviest royal baby in history. The title was previously given to Savannah Phillips, who weighed 8 pounds and 8 ounces at birth.
Following Lena’s birth, the royal family released a statement announcing Lena’s arrival.
“Mrs. Michael Tindall was delivered of a baby girl on 18th of June, at Stroud Maternity Unit. Mr. Tindall was present at the birth. The weight of the baby was 9 pounds 3 ounces. The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips, and Mike’s parents, Mr. Phillip and Mrs. Linda Tindall, have been informed and are delighted with the news. The baby’s name will be confirmed in due course. This baby is the second child for Zara and Mike, the fourth grandchild of Princess Royal and the seventh great-grandchild for the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh,” it read.
