'Zombie Land Saga Revenge' Season 2, Episode 1 Live Stream: How To Watch Online, With Spoilers

The one-of-a-kind idol anime returns with a new season. "Zombie Land Saga Revenge" Season 2 is all about revenge as Kotaro Tatsumi and his idol group Franchouchou get ready for new challenges and shows.

A group of girls from different eras join forces to form a zombie idol group and save the Saga Prefecture in Japan.

"From throughout the ages, a group of legendary girls have become zombie idols to save Saga Prefecture. It's the return of the cutting-edge zombie idol anime! One day, Minamoto Sakura lost her life in an unfortunate accident. Then, ten years later… After Sakura wakes up in a strange mansion, mysterious idol producer Tatsumi Kotaro tells her that she will be joining a group of legendary girls to form an idol unit," the season synopsis read, according to Crunchyroll.

"The seven girls are charged with a quest to save the fading Saga Prefecture and adopt the group name Franchouchou. After overcoming the difficulties stemming from their different ages and different periods of history, their undead zombie bodies allow them to defy expectations of what idols can be," it added.

The idols performed their first featured concert in the winter of the Heisei era at Furusato Exhibition Hall in Karatsu and Arpino took another step toward, becoming a legendary idol.

"Zombie Land Saga Revenge" Season 2 will showcase the modern Reiwa era as the idols prepare for a brand-new chapter in the story of Franchouchou. The idols are ready to sing and dance their way into the future filled with hope.

The cast of the anime includes Mamoru Miyano as Kōtarō Tatsumi, Asami Tano as Saki Nikaido, Kaede Hondo as Sakura Minamoto, Risa Taneda as Ai Mizuna, Rika Kinugawa as Yūgiri, Maki Kawase as Junko Konno, Minami Tanaka as Lily Hoshikawa, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Policeman A, Kotono Mitsuishi as Tae Yamada and Yasuhiro Takato as Romero.

The anime is directed by Munehisa Sakai and the series composition is handled by Shigeru Murakoshi. The music is composed by Yasuharu Takanashi and Funta7.

Fans can watch "Zombie Land Saga Revenge" Season 2, Episode 1 online on Crunchyroll. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles this Thursday.
