7-Eleven Free Slurpee Day 2015: All Of The 7-11 Freebies Available The Week Of July 11

Everybody enjoys a good freebie and what’s better than an ice-cold drink on a hot July day? Get ready, Slurpee fans. In honor of 7-Eleven’s 88th birthday July 11, 7-Eleven locations nationwide will be giving their customers their signature, frozen beverages free of charge. And for those new to the Free Slurpee Day game, it’s not the first time 7-Eleven has hosted this promotion.

Saturday, simply walk into any participating 7-Eleven store between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time and receive a free, small Slurpee while supplies last. (You can decide which flavor you want here.) Sounds great, right? But that’s not all. As was the case in the 7-Eleven promotion last year, the 2015 celebration will extend throughout the entire week of July 11, aka 7Rewards Week.

So, how do you participate? First, you have to download the 7-Eleven app. The free mobile app is available through the Apple Store and Google Play. Next, visit any participating 7-Eleven outlet July 12-18 and purchase a coffee, Chillers iced coffee, Slurpee or Big Gulp of any size to receive more freebies. Your 7-Eleven app must be scanned at the time of your purchase to participate in the promotion.

The freebies you can pick from are not set in stone. According to 7-Eleven’s announcement, customers can chose any “free 7-Select food or drink under $2.” The company’s Facebook page has teased that snacks available via the promotion include Go! Yum Hot & Peppery Sriracha popcorn, Go! Smart yogurt bars, 7-Select jelly beans and 7-Select flavored jumbo peanuts.

“7‑Eleven Day is a celebration, not only of our birthday, but, more importantly, of our customers,” Laura Gordon, 7‑Eleven vice president of marketing and brand innovation, said in a statement. “By adding 7Rewards Week, we have a whole week to say thank you for their business throughout the year.”

If you want to continue to get 7-Eleven freebies throughout the year, keep the app on your phone. Each time you purchase a beverage in store, have a 7-Eleven cashier scan your phone. After you purchase six beverages, you will receive the seventh drink for free. Other coupons and promotions are also available through the app.
