The Electronic Entertainment Expo, more popularly known as E3, is one of the premier events in the video games industry. It is one of the platforms where tech giants and gaming studios launch their upcoming products (games) and services. The event usually takes place in June, and as early as now, we have the confirmed list of companies attending this year’s E3.

E3 2020

This year’s E3 comes with a new slogan, “Everybody Plays” and will be held in Los Angeles on Jun. 9, 2020. Earlier, the official website of E3 revealed the list of participants that are already confirmed attending the trade event. It includes the big names in the industry, which appearances could hint a potential announcement or launching of the most-awaited releases this year or next year.

Leaked List of Attendees

Before the official website revealed the list of attendees for this year’s E3, a Resetera user was able to access the event’s list of participating exhibitors in advance. The tipster even got a hold of the ticket prices, as well as the increased security measures of the event. The list, however, is not final, and it will continue to add more companies in the coming months.

Among the confirmed companies attending this year’s E3 include Bethesda, Xbox, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Square Enix, SEGA, Capcom, Take-Two, Warner Bros, Amazon game Studios, and Bandai Namco. Last month, Sony confirmed that it is not attending the event, which triggered speculations about the official unveiling of the PS5. The list of participants actually raises a lot of questions in the mind of some fans.

Other Details

For instance, Bethesda is attending the E3 event this year, which could mean it could announce an update on “The Elder Scrolls 6” or reveal the release date of “Starfield.” Activision did not attend last year’s E3 but is now attending the trade event. There is also the question of whether Bethesda, Square Enix, and Ubisoft are going to hold separate press conferences again at E3 2020. What will Amazon game Studios announce at the trade event?

This year’s Electronics and Entertainment Expo will run from Jun. 9 until Jun. 11.
