Gwen Stefani made sure to shower her fiancé, Blake Shelton, with love on his birthday.

The country singer turned 45 years old Friday, and Stefani threw Shelton a surprise birthday party at home to celebrate the milestone, inviting their family and friends. The "Hollaback Girl" singer shared photos and videos from the festivities on Instagram, including one showing the soon-to-be-married couple sharing a sweet kiss.

Stefani also wrote a short but sweet message for the birthday boy, which read, "celebrating my besties b day today love u @blakeshelton #surprise #fiancé #Gemini #2021 #june18."

One clip showed Stefani's 7-year-old son Apollo entering the patio while holding a set of gold balloons. He was followed by Shelton and Stefani, who were met with shouts of "Surprise!" from a crowd of family and friends when they walked into the yard. Their backyard was decorated with "HBD 45 BLAKE" balloons for the occasion.

In the second video, the guests sang "Happy Birthday" to Shelton. The "God Gave Me You" crooner was all smiles while wearing a headband with a gold crown design. He also blew a party horn to commemorate the occasion.

Stefani's followers flocked to the post and wished Shelton a happy birthday.

"I love that you called him your bestie Happy Birthday sweet Blake!!" Carnie Wilson commented.

"Happy Bday Vibezzzzzzz!!!!" Luther Brown wrote. "HBD BLAKE," Carter Rubin added.

"It’s amazing how normal this is. They’re real people and that’s why I love them so much. God bless genuine, good, loving people. Happy Birthday Blake! All the best," another fan wrote.

"You guys are my favorite celebrity couple!!! Adorable!" a fifth netizen added.

"I love your cute lil humble party. You guys are so genuine HBD Blake," another follower wrote.

Meanwhile, Stefani sparked rumors last week that she and Shelton may have secretly tied the knot after she was photographed wearing a diamond ring next to her engagement sparkler.

However, People quoted an unnamed insider as saying that the couple plans to hold their wedding this summer, having waited until it was safe for their guests to gather for their big day.

"Ever since they got engaged, they have both been adamant that no wedding will happen until it's safe for family and friends to attend. Gwen expressed early on that she really wanted a summer wedding," the source told People. "She was upset earlier this year when it seemed to be no end in sight for the pandemic. She slowly started planning the wedding this spring though."

According to the insider, Stefani and Shelton "are both ecstatic that it can finally happen. They are getting married this summer."
