Has “Teen Mom 2” finally been exposed as a scripted show? While cast member Leah Messer has accused the MTV reality series of fakery in the past, it's co-star Jenelle Evans who has found herself in the middle of the next potential scandal.

Jenelle's boyfriend, David Eason, called the police on her mother, Barbara Evans, Saturday and of course the cameras filmed the entire thing, Radar Online wrote Thursday. One of the major storylines on the series is how Jenelle always gets into epic battles with her mother.

David called 911 and said “his girlfriend’s mother came to the house uninvited, screaming and yelling at him in front of the children and the subject in the house [was] Barbara Evans,” Radar Online wrote. A lieutenant with the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina confirmed to the publication that cameras filmed the incident.

It's possible the 911 call was genuine, considering Jenelle is often shown being hotheaded. She also admitted she and her mother fight “every day on and off” and that she didn’t want MTV to document their battles anymore. “She always wants to argue with me on camera, and I’m like ‘No.’ I just don’t want to film with her,” she told Radar Online in November.

Jenelle explained the incident to her 1.19 million Twitter followers Wednesday. She said that even though her mother took her son Jace with her when she left, Jace's baby brother Kaiser remained at home. As most know, Barbara has custody of the 6-year-old Jace.

Rumors that “Teen Mom 2” was fake swirled after Leah tweeted that the show was scripted in November. The series showed a scene of her two ex-husbands talking.

Taylor McKinney, who proposed to “Teen Mom OG” star Maci Bookout Wednesday, also accused the show of being phony. “TBH, the vegas trip was such a blast and not so down with the ring talk like the scene showed,” Taylor tweeted, as noted by OK magazine. “Maci doesn’t put the pressure on like the scene showed,” he wrote. “Don’t get it twisted. It’s a show.”

"Teen Mom OG" airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EST on MTV.
