The Originals
“The Originals” Season 4 premieres on March 17 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW. The CW

The Mikaelsons are back! The CW released the first official trailer of “The Originals” Season 4.

Last season ended with Klaus (Joseph Morgan) being stabbed by Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) with Papa Tunde’s knife. He buried the original vampire and werewolf hybrid behind a wall.

Marcel not only got rid of Klaus, but also emerged as the new leader of New Orleans. He took the original family down by biting Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) after poisoning Freya (Riley Voelkel). Freya transported her siblings in a dream-like world while Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and her daughter Hope (Summer Fonatana) searched for a cure for the Mikaelsons’ various ailments.

Marcel is now the most powerful vampire-werewolf hybrid.

Here are four major spoilers we learned from the video:

1. Hayley Is Very Close To Getting Her Family Back

It’s been five years since Marcel took down their family and five years since Hayley has been tirelessly searching for a cure. Fortunately, she is close to finding it and getting her family back. The best part of “The Originals” Season 4 trailer is a scene in which Hope’s mother transforms into a huge, menacing werewolf and takes down a bunch of people.

2. Marcel Is Going To Make Sure The Mikaelsons Don’t Come Back

Marcel is going to ensure that the Mikaelsons don’t return to his city. After all, he has worked hard to reclaim it.

3. Camille Is Back!

Perhaps the most shocking spoiler we learned from the video is that Camille (Leah Pipes) will be back, although she may just be Klaus’ hallucination. Still, even getting the beloved character for even one episode in Season 4 will be appreciated. We’d also love to see Davina (Danielle Campbell) return.

4. Klaus Gets Tortured

No season of “The Originals” is complete without someone torturing Klaus Mikaelson. Marcel locks his former mentor up in a prison and chains him.

“The Originals” Season 4 premieres Friday, March 17 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
