14-Year-Old Shot In Head In Tennessee, Teenage Suspect Sought By Jackson Police

A 14-year-old girl was in a critical condition after being shot in the head in William McKinley Circle in Jackson, Tennessee, on Saturday.
The victim is being treated at University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC). The incident happened at a residence, but who the house belonged to or the exact time of the incident has not been revealed by the Jackson police.

The police are currently seeking an unidentified 15-year-old suspect for questioning in regards to the shooting. If arrested, the suspect might be tried as an adult due to the serious nature of the crime, police said.
The motive behind the crime is not known yet. Although neither the identity of the victim nor the perpetrator has been revealed by the police, the Jackson Police Department (JPD) has tweeted informing that they would be releasing the name of the suspect soon.
