“19 Kids and Counting” stars Jill and Derick Dillard can’t wait for their first child to arrive. The TLC stars recently revealed they expected their son to be born some time between March 24 and April 5, though Jill told People she had a feeling he would be late. The married couple is now two days past their due date, but they’re not sweating it.

A new photo shared by Derick shows Jill’s giant bump at 40 weeks and two days. Despite her baby being late, the mom-to-be is all smiles in the picture. According to the caption, the pair hopes their son will consider making his debut this weekend, because the dates already hold special meaning for them.

“I wonder if #babydilly will decide to come on the one-year anniversary of my engagement to @jillmdillard this weekend,” Derick posted to Instagram Friday.

Jill and Derick were engaged March 29 of last year following a brief courtship, then married in June. Their wedding was later featured on a Season 8 episode of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting." Throughout their marriage and Jill's pregnancy, the lovebirds have chronicled every milestone, sharing weekly bump photos as well as adorable “monthiversary” Instagrams.

Jill, 23, may not be the only Duggar sister expanding her family. Rumor has it her 22-year-old sister Jessa and her husband Ben Seewald may be expecting. In February, the couple told People they had an interest in adopting. They said that even if they had a child of their own, it would not fulfill their “desire to adopt.” A few weeks later, on March 2, it was announced that their adoption plans had to be put on hold due to legal technicalities. The state of Arkansas reportedly requires a couple to be married at least two years before they can legally adopt a child. Still, many speculated that there was another reason they were holding off.

A recent photo shared to a "19 Kids" Facebook fan page supports these rumors. The photo shows Ben, 19, putting his arms around Jess and making a heart shape over her stomach with his hands. The image was taken from the couple's photoshoot with People magazine in February. Neither has addressed the photo.
