‘90 Day Fiancé’ Cast Update: Ashley Claims Jay’s Girlfriend Is Pregnant, Mistress Addresses Baby Rumor

“90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4 star Ashley Martson may have filed for divorce from Jay Smith, but the star is still legally tied to her estranged husband. In a new interview, Ashley claimed Jay’s girlfriend, Kayla, may be pregnant and expressed her concerns about how the baby could affect her future.

Ashley filed for divorce in April after she learned Jay cheated on her with multiple women. The TLC stars’ marriage began to fall apart days after their wedding when Ashley learned Jay downloaded a dating app.

During an appearance on “The Domenick Nati Show,” Ashley revealed she believed Jay’s mistress was pregnant after the two crossed paths in court.

“There’s already a lot of rumors going around that his girlfriend, who’s running the GoFundMe, is pregnant … From what I saw — she was at court — she definitely looked like she could’ve been expecting,” she told the host.

If Jay’s girlfriend is pregnant, Ashley revealed it could put her in an uncomfortable position. “So, like, if I [sponsor his visa], I would be responsible for paying his child support,” she explained.

While she couldn’t confirm if the woman was pregnant, Ashley claimed Jay’s sister alluded to the pregnancy on social media. “I know his sister had posted something too, saying that she was pregnant or she was about to have a niece or nephew,” she shared.

Ashley has been trying to cut ties with Jay, but previously accused him of delaying the process by refusing to sign their divorce papers.

However, Ashley revealed she has proof that Jay’s relationship with the woman began in January. “I have a lot of evidence of those two being together,” she said.

Following Ashley’s claims about the pregnancy, Jay’s alleged girlfriend spoke with In Touch and addressed the baby rumor.

“[Ashley] also never saw my body in the courtroom, so her pregnancy speculations are trash, I was sitting the entire time,” Kayla told the outlet.

“I was sitting before she walked in, and she exited before me. But regardless, Ashley is in no place to body shame anyone,” she added.

On Wednesday, Jay was released from an ICE detention center at York County Prison in York, Pennsylvania. Although he is no longer behind bars, it’s unclear whether he will be allowed to stay in the US, or if he will be deported to Jamaica.
