'90 Day Fiancé’ Cast Update: Ashley Won’t Apologize For Calling Cops After Jay Cheated

Viewers who tuned into “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4, episode 10, saw Ashley Martson lash out at Jay Smith after learning he cheated on her again. However, the break up took a turn for the worse when Ashley called the cops on her husband.

In the episode, Ashley packed up Jay’s belongings so he could pick them up, but when he arrived, the two got into a heated argument. At one point Ashley pushed Jay, which prompted her friend to step in and separate them.

As Jay stood outside of the home, Ashley called the cops. She told the dispatcher that she wanted her husband, who was an illegal immigrant, removed. While Ashley felt she needed to get the authorities involved, some fans attacked her decision after the episode aired.

“I’m so sorry he treated you that way! He is too young and immature! But you called the police on him for no reason! YoungblacklivesMatter,” a fan wrote under one of Ashley’s Instagram photos.

However, the TLC star wasn’t interested in what the “90 Day Fiancé” viewer had to say. “Just stop,” she replied.

Another fan seemed to agree with the statement and shared his reaction to her decision. “You had my support until you called the police on Jay! Your true colors came out at that moment! No sympathies for you,” the viewer wrote.

As a result, Ashley used explicit language to instruct the fan to get off of her Instagram page.

Ashely and Jay’s marriage began to fall apart after Ashley learned Jay downloaded a dating app a few days after their wedding. Although the two tried to work things out, Ashley learned Jay cheated on her again. At that point, their relationship was pretty much over.
