‘90 Day Fiancé’ Update: Ashley Explains Why She’s Still Single After Jay Split

“90 Day Fiancé” star Ashley Martson may have ended her marriage with Jay Smith, but that doesn’t mean she is dating a new man following their split.

Since the Pennsylvania native filed for divorce from Jay, Ashley has been optimistic about finding real love. However, over the weekend, she gave fans a gloomy update about her love life.

On Sunday, Ashley shared a few posts on her Instagram story, in which she appeared to explain why she is still single following her time on “90 Day Fiancé.” In one post, she made light of a conversation between herself and her agent.

“Me: I think I’m ready to date again,” Ashley wrote.

“Agent: When you meet someone, we immediately need to run a background check and have them sign an NDA,” the post continued.

Ashely appeared to conclude that most people won’t want to be bothered by all the requirements it takes to date her. “Good riddance to who dates me next,” she wrote.

In another post, Ashley shared a photo of herself crying fake tears along with an image on her forehead. The post read, “name of your future husband.”

Unfortunately, the post didn’t have good news about Ashley’s future love life. “Sorry u will b 4 ever alone,” the image read.

Although Ashley poked fun at her love life, fans of the series can catch a group of new couples trying to fight for their happily ever after on “90 Day Fiancé” Season 7.

The show airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
