Aaron Carter Returns To Health Facility After Dealing With Financial, Legal Matters

Aaron Carter has returned to a health and wellness facility to complete his program.

According to the singer’s rep, Carter left the facility on Oct. 6 to attend to some legal and financial matters. “Aaron has taken care of the legal and financial matters that required his attention and returned to the wellness facility to complete his program,” the rep told Entertainment Tonight.

Last week, Carter shared a progress photo of how he body looked two weeks after entering the facility. In his post, the “I Want Candy” singer revealed that he used to weigh 115 pounds, but has gained 30 pounds since joining the program. The 30-pound weight gain made Carter look and feel more confident about himself and his appearance. The snap has since been deleted.

Prior to leaving the facility, a source told the same publication that Carter was disappointed he had to postpone his treatment due to the legal and financial matters he still had to address. “He was doing very well. He gained a significant amount of weight and was getting stronger by the day,” the source said.

In July, Carter made headlines following his DUI arrest. He was charged with possession of marijuana as well as drug-related paraphernalia. A photo of a much thinner Carter plagued the Internet and during his sit down interview with ET, he even apologized for the way he looked.

Carter revealed that a lot of people have been insulting and bullying him because of his appearance. He said that some have called him a meth head and a drug addict when he isn’t one. At that time, he also revealed that he was suffering from an eating disorder that made it difficult for him to digest food. He was also lactose intolerant.

“I have a stress condition of a 80-year-old man… Oh, my God it hurts so badly. It hurts so badly because there’s nothing I can do about it,” he said. When asked what he would want to tell those who have been bullying him online, Carter emotionally replied, “I’m sorry… I am sorry for the way that I look.”
