ABC Family’s ’13 Nights Of Halloween’ 2014 Premieres Oct. 19; Halloween TV Schedule For Sunday

The date has finally arrived, Halloween lovers! After days, weeks, even months of waiting, ABC Family’s “13 Nights of Halloween” kicked off Sunday at 7 a.m. EDT. Currently in its 16th year, “13 Nights of Halloween” is an annual celebration leading up to Halloween Oct. 31. ABC Family celebrates the spooky holiday by showing fan-favorite movies such as “Casper,” “Beetlejuice” and “The Addams Family,” along with brand-new Halloween-themed TV episodes.

This 2014 season, “13 Nights of Halloween” lovers can look forward to a new hidden-camera prank show called “Freak Out,” plus Halloween episodes from “Melissa & Joey” and “Baby Daddy.” Those who have been following the “Pretty Little Liars” Halloween episodes for the past few years won’t get to see Spencer, Aria, Emily and Hanna dressed up in costumes in Season 5 -- however, the series will have a fan-appreciation special called “We Love You To DeAth.” Of course, ABC Family isn’t the only network celebrating Halloween as we inch closer to the holiday. Sunday is jam-packed with terrifyingly awesome movies and more.
