Adam Sandler’s IHOP Visit Goes Viral After TikToker Realizes She Turned Away Actor

A waitress at IHOP posted a video on TikTok sharing her embarrassing encounter with Adam Sandler in which she turned the famous actor away. However, after realizing her mistake, she begged for the star actor to return to the restaurant.

Dayanna Rodas, who is employed at a New York location of the popular eatery, shared a video on TikTok featuring herself in a clown makeup filter along with what appears to be security footage of the encounter.

“Not realizing it’s Adam Sandler and telling him it’s a 30min wait and him [of course] leaving [because] he’s not going to wait 30mins for IHOP,” she wrote across the clip.

In the video, Rodas can be seen talking to Sandler, who was accompanied by one of his daughters. The actor was wearing a mask, a pair of basketball shorts, and a sweatshirt.

After a look at her seating chart, Rodas had a quick chat with the actor, who then began to make his way toward the exit to leave IHOP.

“Pleaseee come back,” Rodas captioned the clip.

The video has over 9 million views and 2.1 million likes. Meanwhile, fans in the comment section praised the actor for not using his fame to get seated immediately.

“At least he didn’t use his fame to rush anything he left like a normal person would,” one person wrote.

Meanwhile, one person revealed they waited on Sandler in the past and had a pleasant experience with the actor. “I used to serve him regularly. Never served a nicer person,” the individual wrote.

A rep for Sandler confirmed the actor’s visit to IHOP with Entertainment Weekly but did not share further information.
