After Matt Baier Breakup, Amber Portwood Deletes Instagram About Domestic Violence

“Teen Mom OG” star Amber Portwood is in the middle of a breakup from on-again, off-again fiancé Matt Baier, but she shocked some fans when she said she was a victim of domestic violence—and the claimed “real women” didn’t talk about it.

“I’ve been through domestic violence,” she said in one clip, according to Starcasm. “I was the one on the other f---ing end with the domestic violence — it went both ways. However, I never opened up my mother f---ing mother about anybody ever f---ing hitting me! Anybody! Because that’s what a real f---ing woman does! That’s what a real woman does. I can f---ing take that!”

Portwood has been on reality television for nearly a decade, and she seemed fed up with the criticism she faces as an MTV personality. “I’m sick of being called naive. I’m sick of being called f---ing young. I’m the oldest one on this f---ing show! I’m 27 years old! I was the pilot for this b----. Motherf----ers need to realize who you’re talking to,” she said. “I’m done!”

Even though she’s made a name for herself on reality TV, she doesn’t want her 8-year-old daughter, Leah, to follow in her footsteps. “I want Leah completely, when she gets older, away from TV. I don’t want her to ever do a reality television show, which is why I make sure she has a very simple kind of life,” she said.

She also touched on Farrah Abraham, her “Teen Mom OG” nemesis. It’s unclear is exactly what she’s referring to, but it could be that Portwood was offered to do a sex tape after Abraham, just like Portwood was offered to be on “Marriage Boot Camp” after Abraham. Portwood, however, claimed she was always offered first and passed.

“That’s why you always get the shows two to three people after me, b---- because I said no. And now I’m about to f---ing do it because they’ve been fighting for two and a half months for me, b----! It was two days for you’re a--,” she said. “Get the f--- out of here. If MTV gave a f--- about your story they would have been ‘Oh no, don’t do it.’ It took them two-and-a-half months to get my story out, what the f--- does that tell you?”

The expletive-laden rants were soon deleted by Portwood.

She and her fiancé split because of the show. “For the time being, Matt and Amber's engagement is on hold,” an insider told E! Online Monday. “They are working on their relationship. A lot has come out through the course of filming and from various online stories. That has added extra pressure and made things difficult.”

They canceled their fall wedding for a second time.
