After New Allegations, Rep. Anthony Weiner Admits He Sent Inappropriate Photos
Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) admitted the photo sent over Twitter was from him, as well as other inappropriate pictures and messages. He says he has no plans to resign.
At a press conference this afternoon, Weiner said he wanted to accept responsibility for this shameful thing, saying he engaged in inappropriate communication with six women over the last three years.
The press conference was held in the wake of new allegations posted on BigGovernment.com, a website created by conservative Andrew Breitbart, who took the microphone today to answer questions from reporters.
Weiner originally claimed his Twitter account was hacked. After being pressed by a reporter, Weiner apologized to everyone who was misled and specifically to Breitbart, who was accused of being the alleged hacker.
