The Blu-ray of the hit film “Aladdin” will be coming out in a few weeks. A release date of the digital HD, 4K Ultra HD and the DVD was announced recently.

According to an announcement by Disney on Twitter, the digital edition of the live action film will be released on 27th of this month, and the Blu-ray will be out on Sept. 10. The fans will also get a combo of the animated classic. The original cartoon film was released back in 1992, and it is now being made available in 4K Ultra HD for the very first time.

There will be some additional content for the fans to enjoy when they buy the Blu-ray, DVD or the digital edition. The additional content in the 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray combo will include interviews with the cast, deleted scenes, a blooper reel and music videos, Screen Rant reported.

A behind-the-scenes featurette about the making of the film will include comments by lead cast member Mena Massoud, who played the role of Aladdin in the film. Another featurette will focus on Will Smith’s Genie.

One of the things that fans loved about “Aladdin” was the songs, and the music videos of the songs are a part of the Blu-ray. Naomi Scott’s “Speechless” is one of the music videos in the additional content that is being released.

The 4K animation film will also come with some bonus content. The additional content will include behind-the-scenes footage of the recording sessions of the cast, a sing along version, and an interview with Scott Weinger who leant his voice to the main character Aladdin. The fans will also get to see some “what if” scenarios with a few alternate endings of the film.

For fans who want to watch the classic animation “Aladdin” film, it isn’t available on any of the popular online streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu, Bustle reported. However, a Blu-ray or DVD of the “Diamond Edition” can be purchased online.
