Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson is getting candid about the current state of her relationship with her mom, June "Mama June" Shannon.

While the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" alum and her mother may have spent the last season of "The Masked Singer" together, Thompson, 16, admitted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that their relationship hasn't completely healed just yet.

"I feel like right now, we're definitely working on us and trying to fix the relationship," the young reality star told ET. "I don't feel like it's 110% fixed, but it's definitely getting there, that's for sure."

Since getting sober following a stint in rehab for drug addiction, Shannon has been determined to win back her children and reconcile with her daughters. She even moved closer to her family so she can be in their lives more as they film the next season of their WE tv series, "Mama June: Road to Redemption."

The matriarch told the outlet that she now makes an effort to be with her kids "every day."

"We see a lot of each other during production, because we film five days a week, and so, I live probably 15 minutes from there now," Shannon said.

On Wednesday, Thompson and Shannon entered the singing competition "The Masked Singer" as a wildcard contestant, donning the disguise of a beach ball to perform Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA."

However, their first performance turned out to be their last when the mother-daughter duo received the fewest number of votes from the panel, studio audience and at-home fans and unmasked at the end of the episode.

In an interview with People, the 42-year-old reality star described her time on the show as an "emotional experience" as she had been sober for over a year and a half when she and her daughter performed on stage.

"I guess that's why I teared up when we got on stage the night of the performance. Because I was actually doing something with her for the first time outside of everyday life, our show — a huge project in California — sober," Shannon admitted.

Shannon also told ET that joining "The Masked Singer" was one of the "biggest" projects they've done in their family's reality show career, along with Thompson's appearance on "Dancing With the Stars."

"I'm hoping that with everybody seeing that, we can do more projects similar to this one," she said.

Back in June, Shannon reunited with all four of her daughters — Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird, Jessica "Chubbs" Shannon, Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell and Thompson — for the first time in six years at Efird's baby shower in Gordon, Georgia.

At the time, the family matriarch admitted to Page Six that she hadn't seen all of them together in years because of her "difficult" relationship with Cardwell. Shannon explained that she wanted to be in the right frame of mind the next time she came face to face with Cardwell because her issue with her eldest daughter had always been a "touchy subject."

In the same interview, Shannon vowed to do her best to mend her relationships with her children. "I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get you all back in my life and that's the reason why I'm here today," she said.

Cardwell sued her mother back in 2015 for $300,000, claiming she and her young daughter, Kaitlyn, had not been paid for appearances on "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."
