Alana, Pumpkin All Smiles After Mama June’s Boyfriend Geno’s Drunken Video Leaked

Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and sister Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon seem to be living their best lives away from Mama June Shannon and her problematic boyfriend Geno Doak.

On Monday, the former “Toddlers & Tiaras” star took to Instagram to show off her new family picture. In the snap, Alana is seen flashing a big smile while standing close to her older sister. Also present in the photo are Lauryn’s husband, Joshua Efird, and their daughter, Ella Grace.

Since Mama June is out of the picture literally and figuratively, Honey Boo Boo now considers Pumpkin, her husband and their child as her own immediate family. This is evident in Alana’s caption for the photo that read “#FamilyFirst.”

Coincidentally, Alana’s post came the same day as when TMZ leaked a disturbing footage showing Mama June’s boyfriend Geno crashing an SUV into the Shannon matriarch’s home garage. It’s obvious in the clip that Geno was in no shape to drive or even walk that day because he was too drunk.

The incident actually took place last Friday, but the footage was released just this week. According to sources, a very drunk Geno was speeding down the street before pulling into the driveway and crashed.

In the clip, Mama June is seen helping Geno get out of the vehicle after it slammed into the garage. When Geno emerged in the video, he is visibly intoxicated as he was stumbling across the driveway with his pants falling off.

In a separate report, TMZ revealed that Alana came to Mama June’s house after learning about the mess Geno made. The 13-year-old reality star was photographed surveying the damage. She also reportedly coaxed her mom to come out of the house for a face-to-face conversation.

The chat between the mother and daughter lasted for about an hour. And sadly, just like what happened in the finale of “Mama June: From Not To Hot” Season 3, Mama June chose to be with Geno since she reportedly went back inside her house after speaking with Alana.

Sources close to the Mama June and her family disclosed that Honey Boo Boo does not plan to move back into her mother’s place as long as Geno is still around. In the last episode of their WE tv series, Alana did make it clear that she’s staying with Pumpkin because she’s too scared to live in Mama June’s house due to the latter’s ex-convict lover.
