Alexander Ludwig Shares Wedding Update, 'Vikings' Co-Star Who Might Be Among His Groomsmen

Alexander Ludwig teased that one of his "Vikings" co-stars may have a role in his upcoming wedding to Lauren Dear.

Ludwig, 28, recently shared an update on his nuptials and revealed which of his "Vikings" co-stars will likely attend the ceremony. He said that Travis Fimmel, who plays Ragnar Lothbrok in the History Channel series, could be one of his groomsmen.

"Will there be Vikings co-stars at the wedding? Yeah, they're all invited, of course. It's just going to be, depending if we're going to have a big one or a small one," Ludwig told Entertainment Tonight ahead of the final season of "Vikings" Season 6.

"But to put it into perspective, Travis was over at my family's house for dinner in Vancouver the other night when I wasn't even there. I mean, he's family already. So, he'll definitely be there," he continued.

Ludwig jokingly referred to the animosity between their characters in the series, adding, "He'll probably be one of the groomsmen, for sure. You'll watch him slowly destroy the wedding."

Ludwig and Dear have not yet begun planning their wedding, but they are sure that they have found "the one" in each other.

"We're just going to ride the storm out and see where the wind takes us," he continued. "We're over the moon... it's been the one light at the end of this pretty crazy tunnel we've all been in. But it definitely does put things into perspective and makes it really easy to pull the trigger on something like this when you find that person that you just know is going to support you through and through."

Ludwig and Dear announced their engagement in November on Instagram. The Canadian actor shared a series of photos that showed Dear rocking a diamond ring on her finger.

"Goldilocks and Bambi live happily ever after!!" he wrote in the caption.

Meanwhile, Dear shared a photo of her with Ludwig in matching festive red pajamas printed with reindeers and Christmas trees on Christmas Day. They matched their outfit with brown boots and posed alongside their dog, with Ludwig raising his mug.

"Merry Christmas from our little family to yours!!" she wrote.
