Amal Clooney Looks Stunning In Red Rosie Assoulin Top During Lunch With Husband And Friends In Antibes

Amal Clooney looked stunning in a red top during lunch at Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes on Wednesday. The A-list couple and their friends are already in France for the Cannes Film Festival. George Clooney was spotted enjoying a glass of bubbly with his wife Amal as he seemed to be enjoying himself and having an animated conversation.

The 38-year-old human rights lawyer showed off her tall and slender frame in a red Rosie Assoulin top that featured a plunging V neckline. The “Brush Ya Shoulder Off,” as it is called, is from the designer’s Spring 2016 collection. The silk top is sleeveless and also featured a cape-like detailing at the back.

The style icon seemed to have paired the striking summery top with a white striped skirt. Amal accessorized with a pair of drop earrings and her gorgeous diamond engagement ring. Her long brunette locks were styled into her signature glossy and bouncy blowout with a side part and loose waves.

Amal wore Prada oversize sunglasses to protect her eyes from the sun. She is there at Cannes to support her Hollywood heartthrob husband George for his latest flick “Money Monster” which will premiere at Cannes. The film is scheduled for release on May 27.

George, meanwhile, looked dapper in a pale blue pin-striped jacket which he paired with a peach shirt. The 55-year-old actor also showed off his salt and pepper hair. The power couple held hands and showed a lot of PDA while having lunch with friends.

Meanwhile, there were a host of stars in the French Riviera town on Wednesday as the 69th Cannes Film Festival kicked off in style. Amal and George Clooney did not attend the opening night of Cannes. George’s latest flick is directed by Jodie Foster in which he stars along with Julia Roberts and Jack O’ Connell.
