‘The Amazing Race’ Season 29 Spoilers: Which Team Will Fall Short Of Final In South Korea?
They’ve all proven themselves to be strong in different ways, but no means of strength will help one of the remaining teams on Season 29 of “The Amazing Race.” As the four teams head to South Korea for the penultimate leg, one will fall short and miss out on the final leg of the competition.
Matt and Redmond (#TheBoys), Tara and Joey (#TeamMomandDad), Brooke and Scott (#TeamBrookeandScott) and London and Logan (#TeamLoLo) will all head to Seoul, South Korea for the next leg of the CBS reality series, and according to previews for the episode, the teams will be forced to face some tasks unlike the others they’ve seen so far on the race, as what appears to be two Roadblocks greet them.

In one preview clip for the Thursday, May 25 episode, one member from each team seems to be tasked with winning a video game before moving on to the next round, and some of the racers will be confident that they can beat that task.
“I will win!” London triumphantly declares in the clip.
In a second clip, the teams approach a second Roadblock, one where their partners will have to complete the task instead. In the preview, they have to complete a cup stacking challenge in under seven seconds, similarly to how groups of young kids are. This task is one Brooke feels confident about when she goes to work on it, because she has seen it done before.
“It’s funny because I have a little cousin who can do this, and she’s shown it at family dinners where she can do it really, really fast” she says. “So when we got there, and saw what it was, I was like, ‘I got this, let's do it!’”
As it turns out, that may work for Brooke, because while she is shown struggling with the task at one point by finishing it in just over seven seconds, she may get it on a second try, which could help propel her and Scott to a finish in the top three.
Sure enough, it seems that both Brooke and Scott and London and Logan may find success in the leg, as they also appear to be celebrating in the first preview clip, with hugs and joy at a carnival scene which could be the Pit Stop. If it is the Pit Stop, then it means the two teams, despite being the underdogs compared to their competitors, could make it to the final three.

If they are both in the Final Three, then it would mean one of the two strongest teams in the race would be eliminated just ahead of the final leg. Tara and Joey have placed first three times throughout the race, while Matt and Redmond have won two prior legs and never placed below fourth. While it’s unclear just which team may be the ones that fall short, a photo grab from the episode shows Redmond looking stressed out in a cab, which could be a sign that he and Matt might be the ones who find themselves eliminated.
“The Amazing Race” airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. EDT on CBS.
