Amazon Delivery Driver Dresses As Woman, Films Young Girls In Shopping Center Bathrooms

An Amazon delivery driver was arrested on multiple charges, including possession of child pornography after he allegedly dressed up as a woman and secretly videotaped young girls in a shopping center bathroom in Massachusetts.

Jacob M. Guerrero, 23, of Rhode Island was arrested and held without bail, the Wrentham Police said in a news release Tuesday.

The investigation began on Aug. 24 after police received a report about a man dressing up as a woman and acting suspiciously in a women’s bathroom in shopping outlets in Wrentham. The suspect left the scene when police arrived.

Meanwhile, the investigators found out that Guerrero entered bathrooms wearing a blonde wig and occupied stalls next to those used by women and young girls aged 12 to 15 years old. He then used pen cameras lodged in his shoes to record videos of them, the police said.

The investigators later identified Guerrero from surveillance footage and arrested him on Sept. 2 on charges of photographing an unsuspecting nude person. He was released the same day after posting bail.

Guerrero was arrested again on Monday with 12 counts of possession of child pornography after the investigators received sufficient evidence against him. The evidence included 12 videos where the unsuspecting victims were either nude or partially nude.

"Five of the 12 victims were under the age of 18. Of the victims under 18 years old, several are estimated to be between eight and 11 years old," the police said in the news release.

Meanwhile, Amazon released a statement: “We’ve been notified that as part of an ongoing criminal investigation, a driver who delivered our packages was arrested and charged with serious crimes. This individual is no longer delivering packages for Amazon and we’ll continue to assist law enforcement with their investigation."

Police found240 photos and 23 videos of child pornography when they searched Guerrero's car and phone. The images on his phone are believed to have been taken in several cities and towns. They also found footage of a young girl inside her bedroom at her home in Norfolk. The video appears to have been taken from outside the bedroom window, WHDH reported.

“At this time it does not appear there is any connection between Guerrero and the child victim or the residence. Guerrero, who is an Amazon delivery driver, likely has delivered packages to the residence in the past,” police said in a statement.
