Amber Portwood Attends 2017 MTV VMAs Red Carpet With New Boyfriend

Amber Portwood graced the 2017 MTV VMAs red carpet with a new escort.

On Sunday, Amber attended the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards with her new beau, Andrew Glennon. The "Teen Mom" star wore a sheer, floral dress while her boyfriend opted for a black suit with a purple button down, MTV reported.

Amber and Glennon were first spotted cuddling and kissing in a video, which triggered the reports that the reality star had already found a new man just a little over a month from her split from ex-fiancé Matt Baier. However, Glennon remained unidentified then.

After just a few weeks, an insider opened up about the pair's relationship. According to the source, the two met on the set of "Marriage Boot Camp" where he was working as a crew member.

The source added that the MTV star did not cheat on Matt with Glennon because the six-foot-tall Malibu native only pursued her after she parted ways with her ex-fiancé. Also, Glennon only contacted Amber after filming, but they got close during shooting when her relationship with Matt was already in a bad shape.

Just a few days back, Amber and Glennon opened up about their relationship. They shared how they met, how their relationship bloomed, and where they are at the moment.

According to the reality star, she is very happy with her current beau. In fact, he has received the approval of her 8-year-old daughter, Leah, whom she shares with Gary Shirley.

"Leah sent me a message, like, pretty much she really likes him. We went out a couple of days ago and got ice cream and went out to dinner and walked around and had some fun," Amber told Us Weekly. "I think she just thinks he's new and different, which is a good thing, but like I said, nothing is forced and we're not trying to jump that part of my life in, so it was very chill, very relaxing. Leah was very comfortable."

As for their budding romance, Amber also announced that viewers would see more of Glennon on "Teen Mom OG." "Andrew will be on 'Teen Mom OG'! Yes! We've only filmed one time," Portwood said. "I think the reason why we are where we're at right now is because we both have kind of let it flow and then it became more serious and then we became committed."
