‘American Horror Story: 1984’ Spoilers: 3 Things To Expect From Episode 2
Although no one believed Brooke’s story about Mr. Jingles, on “American Horror Story: 1984” episode 2, the counselors will begin to suspect Camp Redwood isn’t as safe as they thought it would be.
FX viewers last saw the group of friends retracing Brooke’s (Emma Roberts) footsteps after she claimed she was attacked by the escaped mental patient. When “Mr. Jingles” airs, the serial killer will begin taunting the occupants of Camp Redwood.
1. Brooke Will No Longer Be Alone.
“Darkness descends upon the camp,” the synopsis for “American Horror Story” Season 9, episode 2 teases. Everyone thought Brooke was lying when she claimed Mr. Jingles (John Carroll Lynch) tried to kill her, but after weird things begin happening on the campgrounds, other counselors will start believing Brooke’s story.
2. Margaret Will Make A Terrible Mistake.
“Although it’s lights out, evil has no curfew,” the “AHS: 1984” episode 2 synopsis says. In the promo video for the FX series, Margaret (Leslie Grossman) refuses to shut down Camp Redwood even though a psychopath is on the loose. Margaret knows Mr. Jingles is obsessed with her, but she refuses to close the location where he committed a gruesome massacre and almost killed her. WIll the camp counselors pay for her terrible mistake?
3. The Counselors Will Be On Their Own.
In the “Mr. Jingles” promo video, Brooke tells Montana (Billie Lourd) that she tried calling 911, but the lines are down. Brooke believes the counselors are in danger of being Mr. Jingles’ latest victims but won’t be able to reach the authorities for help. Will Mr. Jingles claim his first victim before the police realize he has returned to Camp Redwood?
“American Horror Story: 1984” airs Wednesday at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
