‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 11 Winner Grace Vanderwaal’s Facebook Live Gets Canceled
“America’s Got Talent” Season 11 winner Grace Vanderwaal recently announced that she will be hosting a Facebook Live with her thousands of fans across the globe.
On her Instagram account, the 13-year-old singer posted a photo of herself with her back turned towards the camera. She announced that the session will take place at 1:45 p.m. EST and added that she hopes the connection will be stable. However, Vanderwaal’s dad posted on her daughter’s Facebook account that the live interview has been canceled because his phone’s audio wasn’t working.
Meanwhile, Vanderwaal recently traveled to Austria to make a guest appearance at the Special Olympics World Winter Games from March 14 to 25. Since winning “America’s Got Talent” last year, Vanderwaal has traveled to different states and countries to share her music. She has also headlined a series of shows in Las Vegas as part of her Season 11 prize.

A few months after bringing home $1 million and a recording contract under Simon Cowell’s record label, Vanderwaal released her EP, “Perfectly Imperfect.” The album consisted of five original songs, four of which were performed by the young singer on “America’s Got Talent.” This includes “Clay,” “I Don’t Know My Name,” “Light the Sky” and “Beautiful Thing.” The fifth song from her EP is “Gossip Girl.”
Following the successful release of “Perfectly Imperfect,” Vanderwaal told Billboard that she’s currently busy recording her first full-length album. “This is definitely my more ‘I don’t care’ album, like I don’t care what anyone else thinks about it. I definitely want it to be more produced because that’s what I like and that’s me. I think I get too hung up on what people think about it. I’m not going to make everyone happy, so why do I even care anymore?” she said.
