Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd were spotted out on a dinner date, according to a report.

The "Maleficent" star and the "Blinding Lights" singer were photographed exiting celebrity hotspot Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles Wednesday evening, Page Six first reported. The sighting sparked various rumors about what their night out may have entailed.

The pair spent hours at the high-end Italian eatery. However, they allegedly left the place separately, so they were not photographed together.

Jolie sported a black silk dress and trench coat. Meanwhile, the "Save Your Tears" crooner dressed casually in a denim outfit and black boots.

The outlet wasn't sure why Jolie and The Weeknd spent time together. It could be a romantic evening or a business date as The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is looking to further his career in Hollywood by joining the movie business.

"They’re clearly not trying to hide [the dinner date]," an unnamed source told Page Six. "He’s definitely focused on getting to the movie business. He has the new HBO series he’s starring in."

The Weeknd, who played a role in Adam Sandler's "Uncut Gems" also co-wrote an episode of "American Dad" last year. He is set to co-write and star in the new HBO series "The Idol" which he co-created with Reza Fahim and Sam Levinson, who created "Euphoria."

The movie follows a female pop singer who becomes romantically involved in a club owner in Los Angeles. However, the man happens to be a cult leader.

The Weeknd had an on-again, off-again relationship with Bella Hadid from 2015 to 2017. He also dated Selena Gomez for 10 months before they split for good in 2019.

Meanwhile, Jolie sparked reunion rumors with her first ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller after she was photographed entering and leaving his apartment complex in Brooklyn, New York. She arrived at the apartment building in the Dumbo neighborhood without any of her bodyguards.

She was spotted wearing a long tan trench coat over what appeared to be an all-white outfit. She carried a Louis Vuitton purse and a pricey bottle of Peter Michael wine. Jolie's visit to Miller happened when she and her kids flew to New York for her post-birthday celebration.
