Apple To Launch Tech Assault, Targeting Flagship Devices Like MacBook And More
It’s the buzz of the fast-growing Apple world. Apple is rumored to be planning a major tech assault sometime this month. The tech giant is known for releasing new hardware in the month of October. Apple’s upcoming October hardware event could offer a perfect launching platform for the company’s next line of products.
According to the latest reports, the Cupertino-based company could be readying big updates to its major hardware lines. These include the iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook Air, Mac Pro and Mac mini. Here’s the list of the company’s product lines that could receive a major update this year:
For iPad Pro
The first rumors about the iPad Pro getting a major upgrade came in August. The tablet device was reported to get a huge camera upgrade. In fact, the Japanese-based outlet Makotakara has confirmed this report and said that the tablet was set to receive a triple-lens camera makeover, similar to what Apple also used in iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
This could boost the tablet’s market credibility; the current iPad Pro features only totes a single 12-megapixel rear camera and is not capable of performing actions such as Portrait Mode. Other rumors about a new iPad Pro include new turbocharged internals.
For MacBook Pro
The tech company is planning to launch a new MacBook Pro with a 16-inch display. But, the company has not yet confirmed this story about the 16-inch MacBook Pro. The upcoming device could ditch Apple’s signature Butterfly keys for more traditional scissor switch ones, according to the world-famous Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. This is possible to reduce some reliability issues that some users have recently experienced with the device’s Butterfly mechanism. And then, even more, the new hardware could be powered by Intel’s ninth-generation Coffee Lake-H processors.
For Mac Pro
The upgrade to Mac Pro has already confirmed by Apple in its recent Worldwide Developers Conference event last June. In the event, the company announced its next-generation Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR. Additionally, it also announced the potential release window. So, it’s still possible that it will reveal the new device in the company’s October hardware event.
For the MacBook Air and the Mac mini
Although the updates for MacBook Air and Mac mini have not yet confirmed by Apple, it’s still possible that the company could mention something or announce new things about this product lineup. In addition to the hardware mentioned above, Apple is also rumored to be working on an item tracking device. The rumored tracking device, which tech pundits refer to as Apple Tag, could be designed to help users find items.
All the news and rumors about the upcoming Apple devices would surely get the fans more excited. Apple is not just an ordinary tech company as it also a trailblazer of tech transformation. So, expect more about the company in the coming days.
