Apple Store Updates Website With Dedicated Beats Electronics Section

With Apple Inc.’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) acquisition of Beats Electronics finally complete, the company has set aside a special space for Beats' audio products. The Apple Store was updated Thursday to reflect the Culver City, California, manufacturer's official entry into the Apple family with a new page on the Apple Store website.

The new section is accessible through the accessories section in the Apple Store, located prominently at the top of the page. Beats products ranging from headphones to Pill speakers are featured throughout the page.

In addition to the dedicated page for Beats Electronics’ products on the Apple Store website, the app has also been updated to reflect the changes with its own dedicated section.

Beats products are also accessible through other sections of the Apple Store, including the headphone section.

Reflecting the acquisition by Apple, BeatsbyDre product pages now direct users to the Apple Store website to purchase the featured hardware.

Cupertino, California-based Apple previously updated its homepage earlier this month, welcoming Beats to the family through a microsite, following the completion of its $3 billion acquisition deal, according to Variety.
