Are Nick Cannon and Christina Milian back together?

The two have been spending a lot of time together recently, sparking rumors that they have rekindled their relationship. Cannon and Milian spent Halloween together, and the “Wild ‘N Out” host even shared a photo of the two of them on Instagram. The two were also spotted having dinner a couple of weeks ago, according to TMZ, although sources reportedly said that they are just friends.

There’s still room for romance, though. When Milian appeared on the “Wendy Williams Show” last week, she was asked if she would “revisit” her friendship with Cannon.

“We could revisit the friendship, see what happens,” Milian said. “You never know. We’re in two different places in life right now. It’s been a while… But he had my heart once upon a time.”

Prior to getting linked to Milian, Cannon was rumored to be dating TLC's Chilli (real name: Rozonda Thomas). The two did not confirm if they were an item. Milian, meanwhile, was last linked to rapper Lil Wayne.

Milian and Cannon met on the set of the film “Love Don’t Cost a Thing.” They dated for two years before Milian ended things due to Cannon’s infidelity. In an interview for Cannon’s morning radio show in New York in 2012, he apologized to Milian for cheating on her, according to Star Pulse.

“If I didn’t say it before, I do apologize,” Cannon told Milian on air. “I’m sorry for the things that I did We was [sic] young. I was young, I was silly.”

Cannon, however, backtracked when appeared on “The Breakfast Club.” Mariah Carey’s ex-husband said he never actually dated Milian. He added that since they were not really together, Milian had “no right” to get mad about finding out that she had been talking to other women.
