[Update, 10:00 a.m. EST]: The brothers officially confirmed the release of their new song, and a reunion, on Twitter, by announcing that their new song, "Sucker" would be released at Midnight. They also ended their social media blackout.

Early 2000s teens are collectively ready to scream their heads off because a band from their prime years seems poised for an official comeback.

Rumors have been swirling for weeks that the Jonas Brothers—Kevin, Joe and Nick—who got their start on Disney Channel with the “Camp Rock” movies and their own eventual series “Jonas” and “Jonas: L.A.” --are planning a reunion, and that speculation has only begun to heat up with reports that they have even recorded music together. While the brothers themselves haven’t officially confirmed the news or made a statement, here’s everything we know so far about this alleged reunion.

They’ve Blacked Out Their Official Social Media Channels

After initially causing a frenzy in early 2018 by reactivating their long-dormant Instagram page, the official Jonas Brothers social media pages are once again at the heart of the frenzy. As of now, both their Twitter and Instagram accounts have been wiped clean of posts, and only feature a black circle as their profile and header images. Their personal accounts remain active, though it is notable that all three keep their focus away from music. Nick has several posts about new wife Priyanka Chopra up, while Kevin has a focus on his wife, Danielle Jonas and his kids. Joe, meanwhile, has several posts up about fiancée Sophie Turner.

The social media blackout is also considered a sign that their reunion is coming because they wouldn’t be the only artists that famously clean house on their accounts prior to dropping new music. Joe’s ex, Taylor Swift, is notorious for using her social media when she wants to hint at new music, while Zayn Malik, Kendrick Lamar and A$AP Rocky have also done this in the past.

New Music Is Reportedly Confirmed

While they will no longer be called The Jonas Brothers (and are, in fact, rebranding as JONAS), new music is reportedly on the way, with sources telling Us Weekly that March 1st will be the date that the brothers release their new single. The track is titled “Sucker.”

They’ve “Liked” Posts About A Potential Reunion

The brothers themselves have not confirmed any reports about a reunion, but Nick notably “liked” a fan’s tweet on social media about hoping for a reunion earlier this month, which had some fans wondering if that was a sneaky way of admitting the truth.
