Kanye West believes Kim Kardashian may end their marriage following six years of marriage. The “Life of Pablo” rapper is reportedly bracing himself for the moment his wife decides to file.

Although a divorce is possible, insiders believe there’s a chance the couple could work out their problems, People reports.

“Kim and Kanye are in counseling and exploring their options,” a source told the publication. “They have been working on their marriage for a long time, but no decision has been made.”

Meanwhile, sources told Entertainment Tonight Kardashian and West haven’t made “much headway” in counseling.

“She knows what’s best for her and their kids, so if things ended she would want them to end amicably so they can co-parent together as best as possible,” an insider said.

“They have been living separate lives for months, so any issues they’re having aren’t a surprise to Kim’s family or friends. Kanye has been wanting to make it work, and Kim has tried for so long.”

Kardashian and West share four children, daughter North, 7, son Saint, 5, daughter Chicago, 2, and son Psalm, 1.

Earlier this year, the couple had a major fallout when West ran for president. During a campaign rally in July, West revealed the couple considered getting an abortion when Kardashian was pregnant with North.

After an emotional reunion, the couple appeared to be working on their relationship, but it seems the lack of progress has left Kardashian frustrated.

“Kim is exhausted from continually trying but keeps their vows in mind when making any pertinent decisions. And Kanye is working on his psychological health and mental state,” the source said.

“The family and Kanye are still in contact and everyone wants the best for Kanye, Kim, their kids, and the rest of the family.”

Ultimately Kardashian feels West “needs to work on himself before he can work on the well-being of anyone else.”
