Are Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth Back Together? Chris Hemsworth Weighs In On Dating Rumors

For weeks rumors have been swirling about exes Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus. Most recently the "Wrecking Ball" singer was spotted sporting her engagement ring again, which had fans buzzing about the potential of a reconciliation between the former couple. The "Hunger Games" actor's brother, Chris Hemsworth, weighed in on the relationship rumors Monday.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight during a Tourism Australia gala to celebrate his role as an ambassador, Chris, 32, fanned the flames a bit. He told the publication he's "happy" to see his brother Liam happy, no matter what it is that's putting a smile on his face. He went on to say that he could neither confirm nor deny the rumors, but told ET that Liam, 26, is "smart."

"I'm happy if he's happy, whatever he's doing in life," Chris said. "I can't confirm any of that but, you know, he's smart [and] he's happy."

While the father-of-three remained tight lipped about Liam and Miley's potential rekindled flame, stories continue to circulate. On Jan. 19 TMZ reported that the pair had decided to move back in together. The publication claimed that the Billboard Music Award-winner had packed up her belongings, as well has her many pets, and moved into Liam's Malibu home. Her four dogs paired with his two have made for quite a zoo at the Cyrus-Hemsworth home, which also includes a pig named Bubba Sue.

Miley, 23, is said to have moved in with Liam not long after it was reported that their engagement, which was called off in 2013, was back on. The rumors began after the controversial singer was spotted wearing the marital bling at John F. Kennedy airport in New York City on Jan. 17. Miley has also posted several photos on Instagram with the ring on.

Neither she nor Liam have commented on the engagement or relationship rumors.
