Are Taylor Swift and Harry Styles really never ever getting back together? Like, ever? Contrary to Swift’s song lyrics, reports suggest that they actually might be.

According to the Daily Mail, the former flames, who allegedly split after a dramatic blowout on New Year’s Eve, have reportedly both booked rooms in the same hotel in Cannes where they are flying to this weekend for the Cannes Film Festival.

The report was also published by the Sun, which cited a source who alleged Swift had forgiven Styles.

“Taylor realised she was being a bit full-on,” the source said. “She is now more relaxed about their relationship. She intends to enjoy it more rather than worry about where it could eventually lead.”

“Harry is not the sort of guy you can stay mad at for long. She’s given him some space and it’s done them both a world of good,” the source added. “What happened over New Year is now a distant memory.”

The tabloid also reported that Swift flew to the UK on Monday to patch things up with the “One Direction” heartthrob.

Swift, 23, and Styles, 18, reportedly called an end to their two-month relationship during a heated fight on vacation in the Caribbean. Various publications claimed that the couple’s conflicting schedules put stress on the relationship, and that it had been the ultimate soured the relationship.

"They are both really busy and never in one place for long. Harry's really upset about the split and is really sensitive about it," a source for Life & Style said. "Loads of his friends told him to be careful and that it was never going to last, and he feels a little foolish now that it's fallen apart so quickly."

Swift and Styles, better known to fans as “Haylor,” were first spotted exhibiting PDA in November, on the set of “The X Factor,” and eventually fessed up to being a couple.
